朱红路，男，1982年7月生。2005年西安电子科技大学科技大学测控技术与仪器专业获得学士学位，2010年6月华北电力大学控制理论与控制工程专业获得博士学位。全国发电机组技术协作会太阳能发电分会常务理事及技术委员会专家。
近年来主要从事智能光伏发电研究，研制的光伏发电太阳能资源评估平台和智能运维平台和相关关键技术已经在多家发电集团公司获得推广应用。主持太阳能资源评估、光伏智能运行和接入方面纵向和企业委托课题10余项。近5年在太阳能资源及光伏发电领域发表学术论文 30 余篇，其中 SCI检索高水平论文 10 余篇。
